Your body holds a record. I use sound to read it.

Certified Biofield Tuning practitioner and sound therapist in Australia.

I use tuning forks to locate and release stuck energy — pockets of tension from unresolved emotional, physical or mental patterns in the body and biofield. Sessions are held in person at Mona Vale, or online from anywhere.

The practice

Sound therapy, calibrated to your biofield.

The biofield is the body's electromagnetic field — the current that runs through it and the field that surrounds it. Biofield Tuning works directly with this system using calibrated tuning forks, in the method developed by Eileen McKusick.

Unlike a sound bath, activated forks are brought into the field surrounding or on the body. Where the sound reflects resistance, something is held. The session locates it and releases it.

Is Biofield Tuning for you?

Reasons people find their way here.

01

You've hit a ceiling with other approaches.

Talking has helped. Other modalities have helped. Something specific remains out of reach — a pattern, a physical holding, a reaction you can't shift.

What it addresses
02

Your body holds something your mind can't reach.

Tension that returns. Symptoms with no clear cause. A sense of something stored in the body. The field holds a record — and the forks find it.

How a session works
03

You want focused 1:1 work in your own field.

Biofield Tuning is directive and specific — one practitioner, one session, working on what is specifically yours. If you're looking for group work, there's a home for that too.

In the session

I strike. I listen.
Your field speaks.

The forks are activated

I strike the tuning forks and bring them into the field around the body. Where the field is coherent, the tone rings clear. Where energy is held, the tone changes. The difference can be both heard and felt through the forks.

Pockets of tension are located

Your field holds a record of unresolved emotional, physical and mental patterns — stored as knots at specific locations. Clients often recognise what's surfacing as it's found.

Energy returns to coherence

Common experiences: tingling, profound emotional shifts, deep trance-like relaxation. Many feel a clear difference after one session. Three to five sessions supports your integration of this change.

What clients say

I feel like a finely tuned version of myself. Not only did she clear the pain I had been feeling in my sacral area — she balanced my physical, emotional and energetic bodies in ways I didn't even realise were out of alignment.

Frequently asked

Your questions, answered plainly.

Still curious? Read more about the practice or see sessions.

What is Biofield Tuning?

Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method developed by Eileen McKusick that uses calibrated tuning forks to locate and release areas of incoherence in the body's electromagnetic field. Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, one-on-one, in person or online.

How is this different from a sound bath?

A sound bath is usually a group experience — gongs, bowls, layered ambient tones, meditative and immersive. Biofield Tuning is 1:1 and directive. I use calibrated tuning forks on specific points in your biofield to locate and release held patterns.

If what you're looking for is group sound work, I also run sound journeys, workshops and retreats through Stellar Sound.

What does a session feel like?

Most clients describe a deep, almost trance-like relaxation. Tingling in the body, energy moving, sometimes emotional release as specific patterns surface. You don't need to do anything except receive — the work happens through the resonance of the forks and your field.

How many sessions do I need?

Many people feel a meaningful shift after one session. For lasting change, three to five sessions is typical, spaced one to two weeks apart. It depends on what you're working with and how your system integrates the work.

Can this be done online?

Yes. The biofield is readable and workable at a distance. Online sessions are equally effective — you lie down in your own space while I work with your field remotely. Clients consistently report the same shifts as in-person work.
