Online Biofield Tuning is a one-on-one session held over a WhatsApp voice call, in which a practitioner works with the biofield at a distance using calibrated tuning forks.
Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, taken lying down in a quiet room of your own. What follows is how an online session runs, what to set up, and what's different from being in the room.
How an online session works.
A first session opens with a short conversation — what's bringing you in, and what you're hoping to move. It builds on the intake form you complete when you book.
Then you settle somewhere you can lie down, and nothing is asked of you except to listen and receive. The forks are struck and brought through your field as they would be in the room, and the sound, including Vanessa's voice, reaches you through the call.
Vanessa listens for where the tone changes — the places tension is held — and stays with each one until it begins to shift. It's biofeedback through resonance, carried across distance. A first session runs 90 minutes; sessions after that run 60.
Afterwards, integration continues over hours and days. Sleep is often deeper, and some people notice emotion surfacing, tiredness or vivid dreams as the system settles — a natural part of the process, not a problem.
Many feel a meaningful shift after one session and three to five sessions, spaced one to two weeks apart, can support lasting change.
What happens across distance.
Nervous systems respond to each other through voice, breath, pacing and presence, and that doesn't require the same room. On a call, a calm, attuned practitioner can still shift how safe and settled you feel.
Vanessa also sings during sessions. It's vocal sound healing, following what she senses in your field. Tone and rhythm reach the nervous system before the thinking mind has made sense of any words, and in a remote session that sound still reaches you through the call.
Clients interstate and overseas consistently report shifts comparable to coming into the room. Exactly how is still an open question, and Vanessa says so: her piece on whether sound healing can work from a distance covers what the science supports and where it runs out.
One thing is different. Weighted fork work directly on the body, including the Diaphragm Release, happens in person only, at Mona Vale. Everything that works through the field is the same online.
Setting up your space.
Somewhere to lie down, undisturbed. A bed or couch is ideal, for the full 60 or 90 minutes.
A stable connection. Sessions are conducted via WhatsApp; a stable connection makes for the smoothest experience. Keep your phone or laptop charged and nearby, and use headphones or your phone's speaker — whichever lets you settle.
Before you begin. Have a glass of water in the hour before, and wear something comfortable you can lie down in. Complete the intake form at least 24 hours ahead — the full walkthrough of a session is in what to expect.
If WhatsApp doesn't suit you, email Vanessa before your session and she'll arrange an alternative.
