Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, one-on-one. The work is Biofield Tuning — sound therapy using calibrated tuning forks, in person at Mona Vale or online from anywhere. Pick a time below and Vanessa will meet you there.

A few things
before you book.
First session is longer
First sessions run 90 minutes — we use the extra time to go through your intake form, discuss what's bringing you here, and set intentions before the work begins. If this is new to you, the additional time also allows your system a little longer to settle and unwind. Don't forget to fill in the intake form when prompted at booking.
Ongoing is 60 minutes
Follow-up sessions run 60 minutes. Enough time for the work to go deep, without the additional intake that the first session requires.
Three sessions is the sweet spot
Many feel a shift after one. For lasting change, three sessions across consecutive weeks or fortnights is typical. Two 3-session packages are available — Standard and Coherence. For full pricing detail, see the cost page.
Remote works the same
The biofield is readable and workable at a distance. You lie down in your own space; Vanessa works with your field remotely over WhatsApp Voice Call. Same structure, same depth. (If WhatsApp doesn't work for you, email Vanessa to arrange an alternative.)

How do I pay for my session?
Payment is taken at the time of booking via the secure Acuity scheduler. Credit card, debit card, and most major payment methods accepted. Invoices and receipts are sent to your email automatically.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged in full.
If you need to reschedule, reply to your booking confirmation email or use the reschedule link included in it.
How do I prepare for my first session?
Wear comfortable clothing. Come hydrated.
For online sessions, set up a quiet space where you can lie down undisturbed for 90 minutes — a bed or couch is perfect, with your phone or laptop nearby for the call.
A brief intake form is sent after booking. Please complete it at least 24 hours before your session.
Where are in-person sessions held?
In-person sessions are at a quiet private space in Mona Vale, Northern Beaches NSW. The exact address is shared in your booking confirmation email.
Second floor, with parking available nearby. About a 5 minute drive from Mona Vale shops.
Can I buy a session as a gift?
Yes. Gift certificates are available for both first sessions and standard 60-minute sessions — purchase via the booking widget above, and the recipient will receive a code to redeem against their chosen appointment time.
