Biofield Tuning is a 1:1 sound therapy method that uses calibrated tuning forks to locate and release incoherence in the body's electromagnetic field — offered in Sydney by certified practitioner Vanessa Fernandez.
Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, one-on-one — in person at Onespace Collective in Mona Vale, or online from anywhere. The work is calibrated, not performed: directive, specific to your field, and built across a small arc of sessions when something deeper is at play. What follows is what to expect, who comes for the work, and how to book.
1:1 sessions in Mona Vale.
In-person sessions are held at Onespace Collective in Mona Vale — a community space that hosts practitioners and group experiences alike. Soft light and a stillness that starts settling the system before the forks are even lifted.
In a session, I work with calibrated tuning forks across your biofield — striking and listening, locating pockets of tension, and supporting the field as it returns to coherence. The work is biofeedback through resonance. You stay clothed; the forks are never used near sensitive areas.
In-person sessions also allow for weighted fork work directly on the body — for those who want a deeper somatic experience, or who find that physical presence helps them drop in more fully.

Online sessions work the same way. The biofield is readable and workable at a distance (quantum entanglement) — you lie down in your own space, and Vanessa works with your field remotely. Sessions are conducted via WhatsApp; a stable connection makes for the smoothest experience.
Clients across Australia, the UK, the US, Asia or Europe consistently report the same depth of shift as those who come in person.
What to expect.
Before. A short intake form, then a brief grounding conversation — what's bringing you in, what you're hoping to move. You lie down clothed; nothing is asked of you except to listen and receive.
During. The forks are struck and brought through the field surrounding your body. Where the tone meets resistance, something is held there. The work is to locate it, work with it, and let it release.
After. Most clients describe a quiet, almost trance-like depth, as well as feeling lighter. Many feel a meaningful shift after one session and three to five sessions, spaced one to two weeks apart, can support lasting change.
